I had two properties to sell as part of my divorce, so I gave one to Starkings and Watson and the other to a well known high street agents. Starkings not only found me a buyer in a week, but the sale completed in 96 days. The other property is almost sold some 172 days later (and still counting). I sincerely rate Starkings service, speed, responsiveness and price. Fantastic communication! Always at the end of an email or the phone for all my worries and woes. I have now exchanged contracts-Starkings & Watson have been there for me the whole way! They have received my random questions, been super efficient keeping me up to date and trusting showing prospective buyers round my property in my absence. Whenever, I phoned or emailed the people working for S & W instantly knew about my property and kept me up to date. They knew when was best and how to contact me due to my own working schedule. I first put my house on the market in 2018 and sold pretty quickly, however due to 2 house purchases falling through I decided to put it all on hold. The guys at Starkings & Watson were very good and compassionate about this and offered advice. They kept the property on their books for over 2 years until I was ready again. Did a great job getting viewings booked and quickly sold again. Annie (who has now retired) was fab at keeping on top of things, chasing solicitors etc. All went through smoothly in the end.
