GoogleHave completed a house purchase this month through Starkings and Watson. All communications with them have been efficient and friendly and the whole team have been great, from the lady who showed us the property to Samuel who dealt with our offer and then Will who has been responsible for overseeing the sale and chasing the solicitors when needed. I've never had such great proactive communication during a house sale/purchase before - it's usually me having to chase things up to find out what's happening! - so I wouldn't hesitate in recommending or using Starkings and Watson again in future!

GoogleI recently used Starkings and Watson to sell my shared ownership home. From the very first appointment I felt well advised. The entire team are very knowledgeable in relation to shared ownership sales, they offered guidance and supported prospective buyers to understand whether they would be eligible to purchase and how to go about registering in order to buy. Viewings undertaken by Steven were well managed and resulted in multiple offers. The sale was then progressed by Catherine who progressed the sale quickly and was lovely to deal with. All in all a great team. I will definitely use S&W again and can recommend the Poringland branch for sales and purchases. Thank you!

GoogleMy experience with Starkings &Watson has been very positive. Carl in Poringland and Charley in Norwich have both been extremely helpful in making what could have been a bumpy ride a lot calmer. Both cool and calm in their attitudes. Which is not what I had experienced with the previous agents.
