GoogleI've used Xact Solihull and Knowle for several years, both for renting out my property and later for selling it, and I can't fault the staff at either branch. The teams at both locations have been incredibly helpful and personable. While some other agents may charge substantially higher fees if you hunter around, I don't see how their services would justify the extra costs. Wouldn't consider waste time on alternatives. Thank you

From the prompt valuation provided by Dominic and following this friendly, efficient service from everyone who I had contact with at the Bungay branch. I received regular notifications regarding viewings which were also followed up with feedback. Once the sale progressed, Natalie at Poringland was a excellent point of contact and kept me informed every step of the way. Keeping the line of communication open at all times. Always friendly and polite in communications and, I felt, genuinely pleased for me once the sale was completed. I would happily recommend Starkings & Watson Estate Agents.

The team were friendly and professional through out, always quick to respond to quires and chasing solicitors when needed. I mainly dealt with Izzy, who was lovely, but everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful.
