Another local estate agent brought Link Homes on board to improve our selling chances, and Jack ended up selling our house soon after. He was exceptionally responsive and gave us regular updates throughout the process. He worked tirelessly to speed up a slow solicitor at the bottom of the chain and is one of the main reasons we completed when we did. We'll definitely be recommending Link Homes to anyone who is planning to sell their house, they were the best part of the selling/buying experience for us.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED..... We went to see a property with jack from Link homes- that is how it started. He knew exactly what we were looking for and was incredibly knowledgable. We put our house on the market with them and it sold instantly where others had struggled. They have extensive knowledge of the area and are extremely likeable. Our experience with them has been second to none. They have always gone the extra mile. Jack has gone above and beyond to get us into our dream home. We would highly recommend you use Link homes for your sale/purchase. Thanks guys.

We recently sold our property with Link Homes following a friend's recommendation and they were brilliant and a pleasure to work with. In what turned out to be a drawn-out sale and purchase, in part because of the lockdown, Loyd remained communicative and motivated throughout, before seeing everything through to completion. He was always available when we had questions and worked closely and effectively with solicitors and other agents to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. I honestly don't believe our move would have happened without the work Loyd put in (alongside our solicitor, who was also brilliant!), going above and beyond on many occasions. Highly recommended!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

***HIGHLY RECOMMEND*** Link Homes Estate Agents is the only agent you should consider using to sell your property. Like another review mentioned they were not representing me for my sale but, arguably singlehandedly, saved the chain from falling through. Good service and communication is often found lacking in house buying/selling but Jack and Lloyd have this in abundance. They both work incredibly hard to deliver the most painless experience possible and are great at doing it. Given this was the most challenging process i'd ever been through I'm genuinely grateful for their support and candour.

We went to Jack last November after hearing from several different people how amazing Link Homes were and we needed to sell both of our flats. Me and my partner decided to sell both of our flats and buy a house together, we knew selling before stamp duty ended (as it ended end of March at time!) had a really slim chance but we went for it anyway. With Jack and Lloyds' help we managed to sell both of our flats and buy our dream home in less than 3 months! We also had a great solicitor who once again was Jacks recommendation so again thanks to him. There's no way we could've done it without them. They both were so kind, patient and constantly providing updates. They also made the properties look amazing on the listings. They provided everything you needed when selling/buying to limit the stress. They are absolutely worth their weight in gold! I wouldn't ever entertain selling with anyone else going forward, they will forever be our go to guys :)

Jack sold my reconditioned house in record time. He was superb in all aspects of the sale - quite unlike the normal estate agent. Jack liaised with me at all stages, offering sage advice on the best way to do certain aspects of the rebuild using his deep knowledge of the market within the area. This was invaluable and ensured that the house was as good as possible for the future home-owners....who, incidentally love it. He runs a very efficient, friendly and above all, honest company and was a pleasure to work with. I thoroughly recommend Link Homes to any seller or buyer. what a delightful company, these guys who could not do enough for you, from honesty to likeability, which is hard to find in an estate agents, they are honest, considerate, think of all your needs, nothing is too much, a personal touch & a company I would highly recommend, I would not use another estate agents in the area for sure. for once we had a experience which really does deserve the 5 star review. Don't go anywhere else! 5*

This is the second time we've used Link Homes to sell our property in the space of four years. Jack & Loyd's passion, enthusiasm and friendly manner is what did it for us. They made the process from start to finish effortless - from the valuation, property photography, viewings, finding a buyer and right up to completion. We trusted them every step of the way. I would thoroughly recommend Link Homes.

Best Estate agents in the south? It would be hard to argue against that! Simply the best service providers we have ever used. Above and beyond at all points during the sale of the house. Honestly don't even bother with any of the common estate agents in the Dorset, go straight to the team at Linkhomes. 10/10
