GoogleWe have bought and sold a few properties over the years and until we used Link Homes we did not know how much work and input a good estate agent could do to make the whole process of buying or selling so much easier. Jack and Loyd are continually monitoring the process, keeping in contact and giving updates to everyone involved. They are so diplomatic, go above and beyond to ease the way, and are always available for advice. We would not use any other estate agent in this area and cannot recommend them highly enough. GoogleBoth Loyd and Jack have been outstanding. First marketed our property on Boxing Day 2020 as suggested by Loyd. Sold within 2 weeks but unfortunately our purchasing chain fell through after 9 months. Fast Forward to Spring 2022 and the same house we wanted was for sale again. Within less than 24 hours, Jack had re-taken key pictures and the guys had us live on rightmove with 7+ viewings the next day. 48 hours later and we're sold, over asking price! They've chased both our sale and purchase solicitors (which wasn't even through them!). Faultless communication and dedication throughout. Will be recommending to everyone and 100% using again, but hopefully not for a while :) Thank you both for sticking with us...we got there eventually!

GoogleJack, Loyd and the rest of the team at Link Homes sold my property earlier this year and I can't thank them enough. From the onset they were professional, attentive and extremely helpful. Nothing is too much for them and they continually went above and beyond to ensure that the sale progressed smoothly, and despite me working away regularly with little connectivity I was always kept in the loop and they even assisted me with getting my boiler serviced when I couldn't be there. I would not hesitate in using Link Homes again and would highly recommend them to anyone selling in the area!

GoogleTo say Jack at Linkhomes provided a fantastic service would be an understatement! He has been absolutely exceptional. We were buying a house that was being sold by Linkhomes and due to the friendly, professional manner we received we decided to sell through them too. We had so much confidence in the team and trust Jack implicitly with the advice he has given. From start to finish, Jack has gone above and beyond and has supported us through some major curve balls. He remained calm and positive the whole time, always finding solutions efficiently so that everything could continue to move on track. We would 100% recommend to anyone and everyone, we never knew estate agents could be so supportive, friendly and honest!

GoogleBoth Loyd and Jack have been amazing in providing their services during our house sale. They have not worked to my expectations but absolutely exceeded them! Putting in 110% is an understatement. They have provided us with amazing pictures of our house, kept us in the loop throughout the entire process, always been honest, chased anyone and everyone multiple times that needed chasing to move the sale along, and so much more. Choosing Link Homes has been the best decision we have made, and I wouldn't use any other estate agent in the future, whether I'd be buying or selling. I have said this many times already, but thank you so much again for everything you have done Loyd and Jack, I really appreciate your hard work and fantastic service! You guys are absolute gems!

GoogleIf you're not selling through Link Homes then you're making a mistake! We've never met such hard working people as Jack and Loyd (and the team that work behind the scenes). They're so friendly and really care about the people they're representing. Over time, Jack and Loyd became more like mates than our estate agents! Guys, we can't thank you enough for all you did for us under, at times, very difficult circumstances. We'll definitely be coming back to you for our next sale (although hopefully that won't be for a while...)

Once we got a buyer, Jack kept actively involved in chasing the solicitors which resulted in a smooth, quick sale. We highly recommend Link Homes.

GoogleWe sold our property with Jack and Loyd back in June. They always were considerate when booking appointments . Gave feed back on the viewing. Responded to questions quickly via WhatsApp. Selling was a good experience with them. Would thoroughly recommend.
