GoogleWhat can I say..!! Oh my goodness, the service at Berkeley’s is simply amazing! The girls in the office are so friendly, efficient, and fun. And guess what? When I threw a curveball at Ellie, she didn’t just stand there. She actually helped me hit a HOME run! It was such a heartwarming moment. 👍🙏❤️

GoogleI can't praise Berkeleys highly enough. They truly went the extra mile to get my sale over the line. Both Natalie and Nouri were there to give advice and information when needed and spoke a lot of sense during difficult times. Berkeley's marketing strategies were also flexible, responsive and adaptable to the market. I would recommend the firm because they are large enough to have the expertise and experience and small enough for the personal touch.

GoogleWe first used Berkeley's to arrange a long term let for our property on Sandbanks. The Residential Department was very efficient and dealt with any minor issues without troubling us. Ellie has the right personality for the job. When we decided to sell the property in the unusual times wrought by Covid, the Sales team, led by Natalie, sensibly recommended a price to sell. She only considered potential purchasers who did not have anything to sell and who had evidence of available funds. We were promised first refusal by Ellie, we were waiting for a call to confirm yesterday but nothing but today we did get an email to say that the property had gone to someone else. When we spoke to the manager to complain we were told that Ellie has said that my husband swore & she never promised first refusal & the manager kept saying that there is always 2 sides to a story. This is all lies, my husband is a very respectable person & would not swear at a woman. I know a sale is a sale but they really need to be nicers to their customers. Mrs Darrock's husband was also rude to me on the phone when I explained the situation to him. We are sorry they did not get to rent the apartment they were interested in and we wish them well in their search but we suggest they deal with agents in a much more polite manner in the future, particularly as those agents have to pass on impressions of potential tenants to landlords !!!

The marketing of our propery was superb - great photographs and a lovely video really showed the house at it's best. Communication was very good throughout, and we really felt that we were in safe hands. We would have no hesitation in recommending Berkeleys.
