GoogleFalsified and misled me into believing two viewings had taken place on a property when they clearly hadn’t. This sparked a flurry of worry and confusion between a landlord and his tenant. And stress for everyone.
Following correspondence we have established the reasons for the confusion and that no unnotified viewings had taken place and that the tenancy agreement has been fully complied with.

GoogleBerkeleys were most helpful at all times in helping us sell out late mothers flat in Canford Cliffs. Their communication was excellent and they gave good advice on pricing. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. We highly recommend them, particularly the Canford Cliffs office.
