We think that estate agents across the country could learn from Matt at the Canford Cliffs Berkeleys branch. He is the gold standard of what the house buying experience should be.
Matt listened astutely to what we wanted, he went above and beyond to help us secure our dream home and he proactively checked in with the us to see how he could help. But not only that - Matt had a positive, can do attitude and a wonderful manner.

He was spot on with the valuation, and made the most fabulous video to introduce the property, along with extremely high quality pictures of the exterior and the various rooms, plus he did a lovely write up to describe the place.

The whole process has been very long and complicated - but at no stage did I worry that the property and my best interests were not being dealt with the upmost professionalism and care.
