GoogleRented a room with them last year and was very much let down by the amount (or lack there of) professionalism for the duration of my tenancy. Lacking communication, poor quality of service, poor support, etc. Unfortunately students do not have much choice in terms of letting agency’s so all I can say is good luck if you decide to go with Let Right.NegativeProfessionalism

Google1 star as 0 cannot be given. Rip off company. Will put charges on top of charges just to get more off you. Impossible to get hold of when things go wrong and will palm you off by blaming everyone else. Rude and aggressive staff and management who will happily take advantage of students. Will not do anything until parents are involved. Waited 9+ weeks for “emergency” maintenance work.

GoogleRude and unhelpful staff. My partner was in let right properties for 3 years and all of them terrible condition. For his property this year the let right staff left them with a leaking roof in the kitchen for over a week, and the house was without water for a majority of the year because let right couldn't be bothered to actually replace the boiler.

Let Right recently sold my house, they were the least expensive of the three estate agents I had quotes off, they have been excellent throughout the whole process. Jennifer and Josh have both been really helpful and always answered my calls promptly, nothing was too much trouble and were always polite and helpful
