Worst letting agency I’ve ever dealt with. Rude staff who try to scam students for every penny they have. The type of place that you would have to get your mummies and daddies to call up to have anything even slightly sorted. Hands down the worst letting agency in Treforest. Whatever you do don’t go with them and the blonde witch that likes to reside there. Unfortunately students don’t realise how awful they are until it’s too late. Scammers and horrible people. Go elsewhere.

***DO NOT GO WITH LET RIGHT*** There are so many students being conned out of money by this company. I was a student a while ago but after finding out that people are still being sold the absolute rubbish they portray before you sign the deal to the devil I felt a review could potentially stop students from being completely mugged off by these bunch of melts. They will treat you as if you are 3. They will not do anything until you have to get your parents/guardians involved and then tell you that you are children for getting them involved. They think they have some form of right over students to treat them like utter rubbish. They will find any reason to not return your deposit. For example I had my house professionally cleaned before we left. It was cleaner than when we actually moved in. Yet they thought they could charge us £60 to steam clean the stairs - ridiculous. They will come across friendly, you may even read this review and think “What are they on about? They were so cool at the viewing, there’s no way they could be like that” THAT IS HOW THEY GET YOU, THAT IS HOW THEY GET YOUR MONEY. They are a prime example of taking advantage of a vulnerable student who has never had to rent a house before. Please please please whatever you do. DO NOT GO WITH LET RIGHT.

DO NOT GO WITH LET RIGHT!! I am now a tenant and their service is awful!!! We inform them from the first day we get into the house about heating problems(boiler controller not working), the kitchen hood was not working and a socket in a room was blocked with something inside. After a month they didnt do anything at all! After that every 2 days we were keep going to their office to remind them and push them to fix the problems! 2 weeks later the landlord came to the house to have a look on the boiler controler and i tell him about all the other problems. He then show me a paper which Let right gave him saying that the only problem was the boiler controller and nothing else! And he apologises saying that he didnt know about the problems! Let Right didnt inform him! God knows why!! The problem with the boiler after 3 months of tenancy is not fixed yet! Also, they got into our house with no 24 hours notice!! We said to them that you cant get into the house and the agent just force the door and get in!! Moreover, when they actually send text about viewings on the 3 of the 5 viewings they didnt turn up and at the rest 2 they were 2-3 hours late!! Its like you cant sleep and you cant do a shower because you have to wait for them and maybe they will not turn up with no saying anything! Awful and rude staff that only wants your money!! They will push you after a viewing to pay for unnecessary agency fees which no other agent in the treforest area charge!! Just stay away from them!

With the price of other high street estate agents being sky high and online estate agents offering a below par service, we thought we would try sell right and they didn't disappoint. We honestly thought their evaluation was too high, but they were spot on with the price we sold. We also sold the house far quicker than we thought possible and they were always prompt with getting back to us. A truly top class service. I would highly recommend.

As a tenant I have found Let Right to be unreliable, unresponsive and just awful. Whenever they say that something will be done, chances are it wont. Just an awful lettings agent that doesn't really do much for tenants other than take your money. During viewings for our house when we were still living there, they should have given us 24 hours notice of the viewings. Instead they would just turn up and say sorry, is it ok to do this viewing. They would also call in at inconvenient times and would be rude if I was still in bed at 10 in the morning. I would have preferred to pay the ninety pound fee to Pinnacle then deal with let right again.

Failed to charge tenant for a cracked sink on exit and only willing to pay £70 compensation (will cost way more than that to remove and replace it). Also failed to pick up a damp problem caused by a leaking gutter on 6 monthly inspection which now means the whole room needs to have plaster hacked off and re-plastered. In addition they have advised that a chunk of plaster being missing from a wall edge is fair wear and tear. That wall will now have to be re-beaded and plastered. They won't cover the fact that the tiles on the door step have been smashed - telling me it's not covered by them because it's not inside the property. To top it all off, when the tenant struggled to pay one month they resolved my concerns by telling me that she is a policewoman. The neighbours have confirmed that she was not a policewoman - they actually laughed hysterically at the thought of it.

Another year of Uni students are coming to Treforest and if you are looking to rent a place these are the last bunch of idiots you want to be dealing with. The staff are rude, miserable and have no clue. You have no chance getting any bond back and the two blond women who work there are literally the biggest (REAL BAD WORD) ever. Would love for them to be shut down because they are the only bad thing I experienced while in Uni.

Been in my house for 2 months. Staff aren't helpful not to say that they aren't seen, in fact they visit A LOT. 24 hours notice? who needs that? Not let right, right? Not just that they will visit with an aggressive attitude, being woken up by a letting agent walking into your room and shouting at you seems like a tactic that should be reserved to a military camp, not to be used on student recovering from a weekend of work. Both rude and made me feel uneasy in my own home, not to mention a breach of agreement

Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Never helped with any maintenance of the property whilst renting. Demanding pre-dated cheques for rental payment, charged the highest fee out of all the letting agents in the area. The worst part was trying to get the bond back. After a general enquiry about the state of the bond a member of staff got right up in my face and shouted at me for a good few minutes before being restrained by another member off staff after being asked "how much is being taken from our bond?" Do not EVER use this company they are awful in every way.

Please read your contract very carefully before signing as you will corner yourself legally to pay, regardless. Want a company that breaks their own contract rules or avoids problems such as squatters in the house? Best place to rent from then Warning: contract is all over the place & is poorly written, you'll have better luck letting from elsewhere.

Easily the worst estate agents you could possibly come to find. If you find any other letting agency in the area then use them instead. The people who work there have the intelligence of a newborn and are immensely rude when you try to have any sort of conversation with them.
