Josh and Jennifer were so helpful. Kept us up to date with developments and could contact them anytime. Always returned our calls answered our queries.We had a few estate agents to the house and sel right got the job because Josh was so empathetic and understanding . It was my mothers house and she had passed away. Joshua understood our emotions around selling the house. Would recommend both Joshua and Jennifer.Thank you.

In the end this company did what it was supposed to, but not before it went beyond its remit and continually pestered us (the buyers) to see why things weren't progressing as fast as they wanted. (That is what solicitors etc. are for). In the end, they got fed up and put the house back on the market even though we were just a week or two away from completing the sale, thus encouraging gazumping. Thank goodness the housing market here was slow. They also couldn't be bothered to take away their "sold" sign but dumped it down a side alley. Not very responsible. Sadly, this company let some personal relationships get in the way of a professional service. Not recommended.

Josh was dealing with my sale and was throughly professional and knowledgable. I was kept up to date with viewings, offers and the progression of the sale. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sellrite to anyone thinking of selling or even buying a home.

Worst property management people I have ever seen. From false “damage acquisitions” to repetitive mental harassment for little things, even when you are not at fault. NEVER EVER STAY HERE. They shouldn’t even be allowed to be in Business for the sake of mental health of the people who rent Let Right’s properties.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They will pin any issues on you. We had to vacate a property early due to a leak in the kitchen that was so severe it was puddling in the cupboards and making our possessions mouldy. LETRIGHT BLAMED US AND REFUSED TO INSPECT FOR A SIGNIFICANT PERIOD OF TIME. They then refused to confirm our early move out making us liable for extra council tax. An absolute waste of a space.

During my time at University I stayed in private student accommodation - the letting agency were not amicable most of the time, I was treated horribly by one of the directors of the letting agency. I have a diagnosis of Autism and I was treated differently because of this, they did not like the fact that I had a disability and they used this to discriminate me against me - Students At the University of south wales, do not use Let Right Properties because they are intimidating, at times they can be aggressive and abusive. Upon moving out I had to make a formal complaint, which also got sent to Welsh Goverment and the Local Authority in the area - this letting agency do not like students who have additional needs. Students who are looking for private student accommodation do not use Let Right Properties LTD, they will not treat you with respect.

Emma at sell right really showed what excellent service looks like. Probably the most patient agent I met in the entire process. Emma went the extra mile to sort things out for me and made the process easy at it could be. A lot of delays due to solicitors but sell right helped me keep the calm. Highly recommend sell right. Students @ The University of South Wales - they are an okay Letting agency but they are not very understanding at all, they’ll just walk in your kitchen and not give you notice totally unacceptable, also they don’t like students who need additional support - they can be okay at Times, but they are known to send rude emails to tennants. I have a diagnosis of Autism and they don’t like to put Reasonable Adjustments in place, they have had to because I have told them so many times they need to.Students who are studying at University of south wales - Look at private Landlords because you’ll get treated like rubbish with this letting agency. USW are aware of what they are like, my personal experience is that I feel mistreated and disrespected, they won’t admit it.They don’t like support people who are Neurodiverse, they’ll just walk around and just come in and not even give 24 hours notice, Rude, and not very understanding at all.
