GoogleVery disappointed made arrangements to view a property travelled 40 miles to get there and Ian phoned me to say they can't get hold of the owner to see property how this company is still going I don't know they did not even contact the owner in the first place and they told me to.be there at 10.00 to view it .wast of time. They had 3days to tell me what a waste of my time off and the travelling I did also Ian who works there got a bad attitude problem Keep well away

GoogleNegligent letting agents, untrustworthy and unreliable regarding repairs and will do anything to obtain deposits. Likely okay as an agent to sell a home or "manage" a house for - but as a tenant, avoid. Repairs won't be acknowledged or fixed, if they are it will be to a low or unsafe standard and the workers have no customer service skills, atrocious to think they represent and are responsible for some of the behaviour of slum landlords.

FacebookReally easy to deal with. Regular updates from the purchase right through to letting. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and fun. Rebecca was extremely efficient and Ian went above and beyond, helping us out quite a few times when we struggled to get there. Highly recommended!! Thank you all xx

GoogleI do not recommend renting from this agency. I had a serious leak and my ceiling collapsed in. Called the emergency numbers no answer, finally after many emails and texts I eventually had to go in person to ask them to do something. Then someone showed up 24 hours after it had happened. If you have any questions or problems and email them you will not receive a reply and then after about 5 days have to email them again for them only to answer part of the query and email them again for more answers etc. They don't let you know whats going on or keep you in the loop. They do not reimburse you for problems that are their fault or even acknowledge or apogise. I lost a whole days wage from the ceiling collapsingin and having to go in person to get someone to act and did not get any rent reduction. My personal items have been broken due to the house and no acknowledgment/ apology/ reimbursement even though they are happy to take a month rent as deposit incase you break something in the house. Gareth has zero customer service skills, will talk to in a condescending manner and and like you are an inconvenience to them.

GoogleMy first time looking into renting a property and the lack of support is horrendous. The individual I spoke to on the phone was blunt, rude & I think there is a clear gap on customer service in the role. I won’t be contacting this agency again and will happily look elsewhere.

GoogleId like to take this opportunity to say how impressed i have been with hoskins and Johnson's agents. The service i have received has been amazing. My house had taken time to be sold due to factors outside our control but once a suitable buyer was found the process was speedy and without fault! I couldnt be happier. I would recommend hoskins for future business and i will definately be using them again on future projects. Thank you to all the staff who have been nothing but professional, courteous and good to deal with. Keep up the good work. From a very pleased customer.

GoogleI wrote a review previously as I thought that my queries weren't being addressed. After having a good chat with the team I realised this wasn't the case and that everyone I had been dealing with had been doing their utmost to get the issues addressed, and had been following up on my queries with the landlord regularly, but various difficulties which were entirely out of their hands had resulted in delays on specific requests. They've always very plesant and amiable when doing inspections and have swiftly sorted out issues that had cropped up with the elecrics, loose roof tiles and a small damp problem early on

FacebookRented off hoskin and johnsons for 3 years. Rebecca had hell of a attitude shouldn't be in the job has got a clue of customer service skills . Whenever you ring about repairs don't ring back. Blame things on you when wasn't your fault. Wanted to put 1 months notice in cos I was day over the date made me stay for extra month. Landlady and a member of staff from hoskin and johnsons came a week before to property to let me know what we needed to do for bond back came to agreement of what work needed to be done. Then when moved out said I hadn't done work refused to give bond back we done work that was agreed no invoices to show how they should have the bond. Would never rent off these again and as for landlord money grabbing scumbs. Friend moved in that I know nothing but problems from estate agents too. Don't rent off these

GoogleI did this from New Zealand. I looked around at 3 local places to sell my house, or rent it if it couldn't sell. Compared to my previous agent Hoskins were stellar, despite the property market having slumped post-Brexit and big problems from my outgoing tenant. 10 out of 10 for these guys - they didn't achieve the impossible (because hey who can?), but they worked hard and kept me updated when asked. And my house finally sold.
