GoogleHaving been my preferred letting agent for over 6 years, I instructed Hoskins Johnson to sell my house in Pontypridd. I received an offer within a few weeks and the service from start to finish was excellent. Even though it was a difficult and lengthy procedure due to the nature of the chain, Gareth was always on the other end of the phone providing me with regular updates and intervening with solicitors and other relevant parties where necessary. As it neared completion, there were numerous issues that could have potentially terminated the sale, however Kayleigh and Claire went above and beyond their roles to resolve the issues and manage the buyers anxieties and expectations. I do not think my house would have sold without Kayleigh’s professional and determined nature at the final hour. She was amazing! I would highly recommend Hoskins Johnson as both a letting and sales agent.

GoogleI can't speak highly enough of this BRILLIANT team at Hoskins Johnson. They recently sold my house and made the process so much easier. I mainly spoke to Kayleigh, but throughout the process I also dealt with Gareth, Clare and Ian. Everyone was professional, friendly, and willing to help & go the extra mile when bumps happened during the selling process to help make the process less stressful for us. Excellent communication throughout. Selling fees very reasonable. I can't thank them enough for their support throughout the process and I would highly recommend Hoskins Johnson.

The first viewing of the property I fell in love with to completion within four months! The team were very punctual with emails, phone calls and face to face meetings. GoogleHad many issues with Hopkins Johnson when renting a property through them. Originally meant to move into the property in February but this kept being pushed back to April which caused distress due to Hoskins Johnson's lack of due diligence in ensuring their landlord was able to let the property in good time. Communication was poor throughout and when we moved into the property the garage and spare room was filled with furniture when we had asked several times before that this would not be the case. On the moving day, Clare and Ian's approach was simply one of "Well you can pull out if you want" which was very disappointing. Thankfully the landlord was accomodating and able to support and sort out at short notice but agreed with me that Hoskins Johnson's communication was poor. Upon leaving the property, they tried to keep half of my deposit due a tear in the carpet (that was already present upon moving in) and was worn down due to reasonable wear and tear. The property was inspected a month prior to moving out and never mentioned. If you are a landlord, I woul personally avoid using them to manage the property as they spent at most 5 minutes having a 'glance'. We did successfully appeal this with the DPS and they agreed with our stance. Having since bought a property with a competitor of this Estate Agent, it's eye-opening how poor Hoskins Johnson's communication and attitude is.

GoogleExcellent service from Gareth , Ian and staff. They sold my house within a week. When I was having issues with my solicitor, both Gareth and Ian stepped in and supported me. Gareth was always at the end of the phone to help. Nothing was too much trouble. My family sold with them a few months ago. We will definitely use them again.

GoogleWas due to view a property today with Hoskins and Johnson after being told to wait a week because today was the only day they were doing viewings . I asked if anyone was to put an offer in if we would still be able to see the property and was assured that that wouldn't happen . Two hours before the planned viewing I received a call saying an offer had been accepted and no more viewings are being held ! Myself and my wife took time off work to view the house today and the lady that called had no care what so ever . We then asked what if we were going to make a higher offer but she didn't want to know . How can this happen?It makes us wonder if theres an insider because surely if the seller was to get a higher offer they would be interested wouldn't they ? Absolutely terrible way to run a business .
