GoogleSelling a property with William h brown Pontefract has not been the best experience of our lives. Communication 2/10 infact we have had more communication from another estate agent in the time with have been with them. Had a problem where they even forgot to reduce the price of the property in the shop window and on social media. Full of promises to start with maybe its the market but we are not the only people in the local area that have found that William h brown to be lacking

The two girls in the office that I have dealt with are Natalie and Sophie - both excellent. Sophie was my main point of contact and she particularly impressed me because of her professionalism, her friendly approach to all aspects of her job, her advice - and her work ethic which is second to none - nothing was too much trouble. GoogleWe went to view a property with Connor, he made it so easy to look around at our leisure with no pressure, while being available to answer any questions we had and give more information when we asked. He was very knowledgeable and gave some really good advice regarding mortgages and was generally really easy to chat to as we looked around.

GoogleThe team have made the task so much easier. Make no bones about it; remortgaging is a chore and a ‘necessary evil’ in life. However Julie, my Mortgage Manager, was professional and knowledgeable but also extremely helpful and personable, making the process so much easier for me to understand and managed my expectations well. I’d heartedly recommend using their services; it makes the whole process so much easier.

GoogleI recently bought a property which Willian H Brown Pontefract were listed as the estate agents for. Would recommend them to anyone from my experience. The 2 ladies supporting me were a bright light in a very difficult situation I found myself in with 2 incompetent solicitors - I cannot thank them enough. To say they went above and beyond would be a disservice. Thank you again both.

GoogleWent into the office to arrange a valuation on the Wednesday, we were offered an appointment for the day after but we couldn’t do that date. An appointment was made for the following Monday, we agreed with the valuation the day after a Photographer came and the house was put on the market the following Wednesday.

GoogleI would never recommend to anyone. The disrespect and unprofessionalism I dealt with is not worth nerves. I found myself another mortgage advisor after one of yours let me down and now I am after completion and I have keys to my home which I almost lost after your mortgage advisor treated my case.

GoogleI initially called william h brown to view a property i was really interested in ! First question they asked was how much money I had in my bank account...I informed them I was a cash buyer and was really interested in purchasing this particular property. I viewed the property the following day and was informed about the auction and how to enter the auction .I was then told I would recieve a call the day after to help me with any queries and also to help me set up the auction . 3 days later and still no call ...so I rang and was told that someone would contact me back that day ...that was 5 days ago ...I have just been on line and noticed that it states bidding offers . I have just rang the office and been told the auction is today !! I am discusted with the customer service I have recieved and as a cash buyer I will be using a different estate agent from now on !!
