The two girls in the office that I have dealt with are Natalie and Sophie - both excellent. Sophie was my main point of contact and she particularly impressed me because of her professionalism, her friendly approach to all aspects of her job, her advice - and her work ethic which is second to none - nothing was too much trouble. We went to view a property with Connor, he made it so easy to look around at our leisure with no pressure, while being available to answer any questions we had and give more information when we asked. The team have made the task so much easier. Make no bones about it; remortgaging is a chore and a ‘necessary evil’ in life. However Julie, my Mortgage Manager, was professional and knowledgeable but also extremely helpful and personable, making the process so much easier for me to understand and managed my expectations well. An appointment was made for the following Monday, we agreed with the valuation the day after a Photographer came and the house was put on the market the following Wednesday.

I initially called william h brown to view a property i was really interested in ! First question they asked was how much money I had in my bank account...I informed them I was a cash buyer and was really interested in purchasing this particular property. I viewed the property the following day and was informed about the auction and how to enter the auction .I was then told I would recieve a call the day after to help me with any queries and also to help me set up the auction . 3 days later and still no call ...so I rang and was told that someone would contact me back that day ...that was 5 days ago ...I have just been on line and noticed that it states bidding offers . I have just rang the office and been told the auction is today !! I am discusted with the customer service I have recieved and as a cash buyer I will be using a different estate agent from now on !!

Accepted my offer but wasn't honest about the sellers financial situation. Kept telling me for months there was a holdup with the new build that the seller was moving into. Turned out she couldn't afford a mortgage. I was heavily pregnant at the time. I was a first time buyer so trusted it was part of the process. I thought they checked all this stuff before a sale. Not a good experience but turned out for the best.
