GoogleGood enough as estate-letting agents go. Rented a flat for just under a year. There where problems when I moved in but they sorted it pretty quickly. Tried to take money from the deposit for petty things. The service is ok and they won’t try and fleece you for money like most estate agents.

GoogleI spent weeks cleaning the filthy, grease, dusty house I rented. Which Whitegates had informed me was “clean...” I left a year later leaving the house immaculate after three hours cleaning, only to be falsely accused of all sorts of neglect, abuse and damage in an attempt to claim £451 of my bond... Good luck getting your Bond back!

GoogleQuick to decidd i owe them money for damages and always in a hurry to contact me to sort things out to add money to their pot but any issues my side ignored. Will not be using again ever. Terrible company to deal with
