First time selling and RR hit the ground running. The open house worked a dream however as luck would have it all offers fell through. The team worked to push for viewings and it felt like it would be never ending. Hedley has been on the end of the phone more times than I can count as I have had what has felt like a hundred and one questions. However he has always been helpful and never once shown if I was being what can only be described as annoying! At the final hurdle he pushed the buyer to obtain a figure I was happy with and we’ve completed. Well done Hedley 👏🏼

I was helped by Beth, who was fantastic, she kept me up to date and let me know how things would happen. We ran into some unexpected trouble the day before we should have moved in, but it was handled professionally and as frustrating and inconvenient as it was for both sides, Beth kept me in the loop and made sure I got the keys as fast as possible. Beth was not in the day I got the keys, but called me the next day she was in, just to check everything had gone to plan. Keep up the good work :)

I was extremely happy with how Reeds Rains advertised my property. The photographer was excellent. My sales negotiator was Hedley Conway. I can not praise him enough! He was an absolute delight. He worked hard to get me the asking price for my property and did everthing in his power to keep me informed and upto date, I truly felt that he had my best interests at heart. He was extremely professional, understanding and friendly, I felt I could ask him anything and it wasn't too much. He was always a joy to speak to and happy to help. He clearly loves what he does and is an asset to Reeds Rains. Hedley provided a five star service! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 He needs a pay raise or a promotion for the amount of work he put in! He definitely made my first ever selling experience a positive one. The only reason I have rated Reeds Rains 4/5 is down to the negative expereince I had with the solicitors that they recommended. I would not reccomend Advantage Property Lawyers. Unfortunately they caused a lot of stress and unnecessary work for me due to lack of communication. Go with a solicitor you already know and trust. Other than this, Reeds Rains were great and I would definitely sell with them again.

Very happy with the whole service provided by Sally @ reeds rains Pontefract, (just to add context to the situation and how helpful Sally was throughout the process) We needed to move within a week for our daughters medical needs in order for her to be discharged home from hospital. Sally was able to pull a miracle out of the bag and have us signed sealed and delivered in less than a week. Fabulous service we would highly recommend this agent.

I had a pleasure to meet and work with Victoria on my first investment property. She is very kind and helpful person. I was travelling for viewing 180 miles and got stuck in traffic. She kindly agreed to change viewing appointment for me and met me in property. Answered all my questions. I can see that Victoria is very competent.
