Robyn contacted us shortly after reporting the issue and was flexible with the dates they could inspect the property. Robyn was very polite and helpful and was great at communicating with us. GoogleAs a first time buyer, the whole process can be daunting at times, but No. 86 were fantastic from viewing to completion. I viewed several properties with different estate agents but the best by far was No. 86. They were friendly, honest, professional, punctual and knowledgeable about every house in their portfolio. Communication was brilliant, and I'm glad the home I found was listed with them because I'm not sure I would have had the same service from other well-known estate agents. A really wonderful team who have all the property expertise, but also genuinely care about their clients.

💔 Heartbroken and deeply betrayed by the terrible work of 86 Estate Agency Multan. 💔 I am writing this review with an incredibly heavy heart. Building a home is a lifetime dream, but 86 Estate Agency Multan turned my dream into a complete nightmare through their absolute lack of care and unprofessional behavior.They built my house in Q Sector, DHA Multan, and just 4 months after completion, severe structural and finishing failures started appearing:Floor Settlement: The floors have already started sinking and settling.Wall Cracks: Deep, visible cracks are opening up across multiple walls.Plaster Failure: The plaster is losing its bonding and completely falling off.Uneven Roof: The roof floor is sloped poorly and completely uneven.To make matters worse, their after-sales service is non-existent. They showed zero professionalism and completely ignored my complaints once they received their payment. I am now forced to spend a massive amount of my own hard-earned money to rectify these major blunders. Please protect your family's investment and avoid 86 Estate Agency Multan at all costs.

GoogleMy flat is in a large development that has been managed by Seraph for several years and I have had an excellent relationship with their staff, both on site and in the office. The service has always been very good. Recently the development, which has huge problems with building defects has been awarded costs going back many years. Each leaseholder are to be reimbursed monies they previously paid out for legal fees. Every leaseholder was issued a digital form to complete, which was designed by Seraph for this purpose. I have two flats, my residence and a rental which made it more complicated. I had a problem trying to use the form a second time and emailed Seraph with the issue late evening. I was surprised to receive a quick reply from Katie Overson, the Business Change Manager for Seraph. She informed me that she had now resolved the matter and I could now complete the form a second time. I was very appreciative and impressed as I was quickly able to complete the applications and commence the repayment process. Katie had obviously worked on late to resolve the problem for myself and a number of other leaseholders in the same predicament.

However since Sara Hughes has been my point of contact I have to say the service has significantly improved, and now meets my expectations of a company managing a high end rental. Currently very happy and no complaints.
