GoogleDisrespectful and undertrained agents. Trespassed twice in my home! No notification or even a knock. Just barged in. Their response: "We can do as we please as we have the landlord's permission". You'd think they'd be aware of UK law regarding inspections and viewings but obviously this place is run by undertrained staff. If this happens again I will be calling the police.

Seldom replied to emails without prompting, didn't action simple requests relating to marketing of my property for sale, but strangely always found time to take my money of me when they rented my flat for me. A large, faceless organisation that places customer service at the bottom of its priority list.

GoogleI just wanted to see 1 flat, called them for info, was told the flat couldn't be seen as currently rented... then I received plenty of emails with useless adds for houses that don't match my requirements and they keep calling me and leaving rather annoying voice messages. spam spam spam.

GoogleIf you are a student or parent of a student then I urge you to stay away from this outfit. They offer no protection with their rental proprties against unscrupulous landlords. They are happy to take money for cleaning, damages etc but expect the tenants to live in sub-standard, dirty properties.

GoogleYM Plymouth Lettings department manage our full rental portfolio. They do a great job finding tenants and managing them whilst they rent. They even take care of maintenance for us. They're very helpful, very friendly and genuinely love doing what they do. Helen, Kelly, Jade & Emily all do a great job!
