I was looking to view a property that I found on rightmove, I felt that the team were very professional in dealing with my request. Yolanda who showed me round the property was really helpful in confirming my viewing and providing me with information that I had asked for. I also met with Becky the in-house mortgage advisor who was exceptionally helpful in helping me understand what sort of mortgage I could get and the different options available to me. Fulfords are keeping me informed on properties that they feel will be of interest to me based on the criteria I have given them. Overall very friendly and professional staff.

After agreeing a sale and entering into a chain of cash buyers I thought our relationship was going to be brief. Fastforward 5 months and the most problematic sale in history I have exchanged. My sale was full of horror stories if there could be a problem I had it, nobody knows the true extent of what may come up so it's wise to pick an agent who will stand side by side and put the gloves on to when the going gets tough. Like me, Emma at fulfords fought tooth and nail to make my sale happen, if she had not, then we would not....be moving.

Quality service! As a young buyer, myself and partner were a bit naive to all of the implications in place before becoming a home owner. We met with the mortgage advisor and were shown around a few houses to get a rough idea as to whats in our price range. The Fulford's Team have been very honest and helpful with all logistics. We can now move forward with Fulford's and hopefully secure our first property in the new year.

I sold my house with Fulfords, Drake circus branch, within a week of putting it on the market. My contact there was mostly with Lindsey Hallworth and she was present at all my viewings and her memory of the smallest details astounded me. Later in the proceedings, when things seemed grindingly slow, she acted as an efficient and reliable go-between and frankly, kept everyone sane!
