Dear Mr White, we take our customer experience very seriously and whilst sorry that the tenant had to move on, would like to explain that we do not own the properties we let, we manage them on behalf of a Landlord. We therefore act upon their instructions and often have to vacate a property so that the Landlord can themselves move back or require the property to be sold, often situations beyond their control. There are very few letting properties available anywhere, which does make finding anyone a property very hard, however, we hope the tenant was able to find somewhere suitable.
