GoogleBased on our very satisfactory previous experience, I engaged David Charles recently to sell another property which was not local to them. I would like to express my sincere thanks to David Charles & Co in the sale of the property. Hiran Patel managed the whole process very professionally and efficiently, provided helpful guidance on market conditions and dealt with all relevant parties effectively and kept me up to date throughout the process. I would highly recommend David Charles as an estate agent.

GoogleWe would like to thank the “three gentlemen” at David Charles, Warren, Claudio and Hiron for the way in which they supported us in the sale and purchase of our properties. At all times they were professional and cooperative in keeping us up to date throughout the lengthy journey towards exchange and completion, and this was extremely reassuring. It was a pleasure dealing with them. We were always greeted with a friendly, patient and mature response to our numerous calls and visits to the business, and there were many of those!!

GoogleHaving had 2 failed sales (NOT with David Charles) we were a little nervous about moving forwards. It's been a long and tortuous journey for us but, at the very start, Hiran promised to get this sale 'over the line' and he absolutely kept that promise - and relatively quickly too. Very much appreciated!
