I recently sold my late mother's flat with Warren and Hiran at Dabid Charles Pinner. Whilst no conveyancing is seamless, they were always on hand to provide reassurance and sensible, measured advice. I was kept updated throughout, they liaised with the Solicitors and buyers and genuinely helped to effect the sale, particularly when there was poor communication between the parties and their respective solicitors. They also obtained a competitive price for the property with a reasonable commission. I would recommend their services and use them again myself.

There's certainly plenty of choice of estate agents in this area and selecting the right one for you is always a tricky decision. We were considering moving on a couple of different occasion over the past few years and each time we spoke to a number of different agents to get valuations and their thoughts on the market. On every occasion, both of us were most impressed with Warren's expertise and straight-talking approach. We never felt there was a sales patter, or an attempt to impress us with a lofty, unrealistic valuation which would have to be adjusted downwards post-listing. Having signed a contract we continued to receive the attention we needed with swift responses whenever anything arose - we certainly always felt that we got a personal service from Warren and his team. Whenever there was a decision to be made, we received honest advice, our own thoughts were listened to, and then our final decision was respected and implemented effectively. There were a couple of minor snags but on each occasion we were impressed with the speed of redress and that David Charles had been able to turn a negative into a positive, which just further reassured us that we had made the right choice to begin with. It's been a tricky market to judge recently, but we were happy with the end price we achieved and the quality of our buyer. Once the sale was agreed, Warren was proactive with his ownership of the sale to ensure that the deal went smoothly and was completed in a timely fashion. I was notified by email of any viewings in advance followed by a phone call to let me know how it went. Claudio was brilliant in identifying any potential interest.
