GoogleI have a property that i let out thru sharman quinney iv never had any problems with them always happy to help therss a young lady there michelle turner who deals with my house shes a lovely girl and goes out of her way to help and when i call if shes busy she will alway call you back as for every one who iv spoke to at sharman quinney never had any problems always plite and helpfull .

GoogleRebecca Clarke has zero professional standards. I have been moved into the property since November and have had ridiculous issues with the property since the move in. I am at the point where I want to tell the property owner to find any other property manager. I’ve had two landlords handle the property directly themselves much better than this office. I am having to threaten to contact the Ombudsman Group just for someone to email me back or answer their phone. Will never rent a property that lets Sharman Quinney manage it. I will also be telling my coworkers who are stationed here at RAF Alconbury to think twice before dealing with them. Never thought I’d have to write a bad review for a property manager. Also the other 5 star reviews here look fake to hide their many 1 star reviews.

GoogleAngela from Sharman Quinney is a lovely lady who always adds a cheerful laugh to all her calls.I had a real urgency to include my husband in my tenancy agreement and she had managed to complete my request in a span of 3 -4 days..There are always few people in an organisation who makes sure you keep in touch.

GoogleI would recommend Amber and the team to anyone, they helped me out no end even when my credit isn’t the best and no one would help me they left no stone unturned, if anyone is looking for a house to rent go and see them, Very helpful will definitely rent though again will be the first place I go.

Avoid! I am renting from them the property is infested with mould they told me to ventilate the mould out! I have autoimmune disease I can’t live in those conditions they refuse to give me landlord details to speak to them directly. They rude and unprofessional. No repairs nothing is being done. I have 5 months of lease left and I lost all my belongings to mould. They by far the worse letting agents in Peterborough! Avoid at all cost !

GoogleAVOID! Very unprofesional. Worst lettings agency in Peterborough. Didn't pay us our deposit back after moving out. Rebecca has promised us that she will get it sorted ' tomorrow ' it's been 4 weeks and we still heard nothing, all our emails are being ignored.

GoogleBe very carful if considering using this agency. They knowingly let a flat that had noisy neighbours in top flat, the Landlord also knew, and left a present of a bag or ear plugs. Ripped off by nearly £2000 and lost job from the lack of sleep I had each night. Always view the properties at night and ask nearby neighbours if there are any problems in the area.NegativeQuality
