Disastrous. Avoid like the plague. Or just wear a hazmat suit. If you can't afford a hazmat, try and keep some of your deposit to hand in case of emergency. Or, much easier, avoid these crooks and go elsewhere.

Branch staff helpful and communicative, but the central accounts team do appear to consistently make errors on statements which regularly need follow up and correction.

GoogleJust empty promises - lots of empty promises, never sorted anything with a landlord, never gave any updates or confirmations. useless. Took so long to receive our deposit back. Terrible agency. Avoid if you can and don't believe anything they say to you.

Go elsewhere, selling my property during covid with them was a miserable experience. It took 21 weeks to COMPLETE even when I had a buyer. Save your energy and money go elsewhere.
