GoogleAs a first time landlord we weren't sure of all the ins and outs of letting. But Sharon from Pennell and Partners helped guide us through. As an independent company Pennell & Partners doesn't treat you as a transaction. So if you are considering letting your property or finding a place to live as a tenant, use their services. They're professional and friendly and have ethics. There are a lot of other companies around - trust me I know. We only went with Pennell and Partners. Their management rates are very reasonable. But above all we feel they treat us very well and keen to get the right tenants in. So well done. Pity there are not more companies around like you.

GoogleCalled 2x and the call was hung up. I was calling multiple agencies this one does not know how to treat people or give information. No patience at all. The second time I called - hung up on me straight away without saying a word - I guess the same person saw my number and avoided the call.

GoogleAn excellent agent to use if selling your house. It was said from the outset that I was their client and they were working for me, and that they definitely did. It was all handled in a very professional manner from the start, a very high grade pack was produced for my house and myself detailing everything I and the buyer could want to know. They also had several contacts who they knew would be interested so the first viewing took place within a couple of days. Before it was even on the internet I had received 3 offers. Mark and Kathryn are a great team (as I am sure is everyone else there) and kept me up to date with what was happening and what was to go on. A very competitive price as well for a 5 star service. Companies not returning phone calls , breaking the promises... unlike Pennell & Partners !
