I have arranged a viewing and everything went well. Shortly after the viewing I have made an offer, that was accepted in two days. They have suggested I use their solicitors (Pirie Palmann and Movehomelegal).Few weeks later, the whole communication went down the hill and the biggest surprise that the property have no documents at all. They say this is normal but isn't at all.Movehomelegal change the person of contact quite often, they don't care about your questions, I have tried to go back to Haart and found out now they only care about the sale to go forward, not to answer any of your questions.Without any communication they have advertised the same property for sale again.Luke Hill, I am still waiting for your response.

Among many offers we had from various agencies , we choose Haart because they were the only one that answered us not within days but instantly minutes after each inquiry. Not only they answered in minutes , but the communication was done by phone with specifications and details to the max ! The process that we went too was extremely easy and i do believe it was so because of the people who work in the Peterborough branch ! We personal want to say thanks to all of them specially to Kevin who did everything we wanted even more. I totally recommend this agency and specially the branch in Peterborough. PROS: - Friendly agents ( the ones that you CAN trust ! ) ; - The process is smooth ; - They are all the time in touch with you ( not only by email but on the phone ); - Trough the entire process you will feel professionally served ; - Even when we had a last minute wish ( outside the agreements ) , they managed to figure way to make it happen ; CONS: - Despite the fact it's not Haart problem in general , they do have a partner that is a little push orientated towards Insurance's ( HomeLet ) .... but let's say that this ain't their problem technically. Having had previous experience with other lettings agents who have been unprofessional and incompetent; what a refreshing pleasure it was to deal with Haart and Amy especially. They are communicative, informative and as helpful as can be! We were nearly put off from renting due to bad experiences previously but Haart have been brilliant from start to finish. Lovely staff to correspond with. Custoner service is brilliant . Any repairs that need to be attended to are logged straight away and dealt with in a very short time.. and Haart ALWAYS follow up with a call while the job is being carried out and to ask if all is going ok and if we are happy with the work . They always ask if there there is anything else they can help with .Exelent ! I would definitly recomment Haart lettings as they are 100% professional Thankyou .
