GoogleDon't use let with these cowboys, they don't sort out mould issues with their houses, but are happy to increase the rent without reason, forcing their customers to find alternative housing

GoogleIt's a shame I cannot concur with the majority of the reviews posted. My personal experience of selling through Haart has been fairly frustrating. Frequent communication issues being the main culprit. Everyone I have dealt with seem like good people, it just fell down in this instance, and happy others seemed to have faired better.

GoogleI have arranged a viewing and everything went well. Shortly after the viewing I have made an offer, that was accepted in two days. They have suggested I use their solicitors (Pirie Palmann and Movehomelegal). Few weeks later, the whole communication went down the hill and the biggest surprise that the property have no documents at all. They say this is normal but isn't at all. Movehomelegal change the person of contact quite often, they don't care about your questions, I have tried to go back to Haart and found out now they only care about the sale to go forward, not to answer any of your questions. Without any communication they have advertised the same property for sale again. Luke Hill, I am still waiting for your response.

GoogleThe staff at Haart were very helpful and forthcoming. While we did not sell with them, they did provide a valuation and inspection of the property and the quality of service was first rate. In future I would certainly consider using them as their energy and drive to move things forward were unbounded.
