FacebookAm letting through Haart. As soon as things go wrong they disappear, calls get ignored and the sales team apparently can't put you through to the lettings team although they sit a few feet away from each other. Main office just as bad, making promises and not keeping them, then when I contact them about it they tell me someone will rang back and never do.

GoogleReally happy with the support we are receiving. Had an issue with the oven late last week. Ben picked up our ticket immediately and arranged for warranty repairs to happen ASAP. Kept us updated with timeframes, etc. Repair just finished, part replaced, dinner won't be takeout again. Thanks!

FacebookDreadful communication. Even following their complaints procedure didn’t get a response. Have now decided to remove our prop from the market as we seem to be wasting our time. Errors have occurred that cost us money but no sympathy from them despite it being Haart’s fault.
Luke, many thanks for trying to help even tho it’s not yr office that I was referring to. Still not heard anything from Northampton so I’ve told them to take off the market and I’ll use another agent.
