GoogleMight be good for buying/selling but when you rent it’s atrocious. Waiting 3 years for changing lock or door since it’s not working right. 2 years to repair water damage and over a year for dishwasher. Rude staff when you speak over phone and only time anything was done was when we went in person to their office and spoke with boss.

FacebookAs a newbie in the house selling market I was totally unaware I needed a EPC , after 12 weeks on the market and going multi agency did I find out I needed one, not only did they fail to mention this, they failed to chase it up! After complaining, I received the contract 14 weeks later with the comment “ client to sort EPC” written I ink at the bottom of the page and dated separately! Why would it be dated separately when both signatures where already dated literally 2 millimetres above? After sending emails to request the return of my keys, after falling on deaf ears a follow up email sent, the keys where returned. Regrettably I FAILED to check there history, if I did I wouldn’t had entertained them with barge pole, keep well away.
