Having been through several estate agents in Peterborough to sell my home, I can say that Fitzjohns stands head and shoulders above the rest. The whole process from site visit, valuation, viewings feedback, and general advice on marketing and bids was very professional. A special shout out to Louise Human who was excellent especially at managing a particularly tricky buyer as well as Paul Barlow whose experience and steady hand was most helpful to manage a few rough moments particularly when that tricky buyer pulled out. They found two more offers and then got me through completion to much relief and joy. I highly recommend using them to sell your property or if you're looking for someone to help you buy.

I cannot recommend Louise at Fitzjohn highly enough. She has been incredibly proactive and professional throughout our home-buying journey. Buying through Shared Ownership can be complex, but Louise was brilliant at keeping the lines of communication open between us, the Housing Association, and the solicitors. She made sure all the paperwork was updated correctly and kept everything moving forward. If you want an agent who actually listens and gets things done, ask for Louise!

Fitzjohn Estate Agents were the agents acting for our purchase. From start to finish they have been very through throughout. It wasn’t a straightforward sale as we had to await probate but Rochelle in particular was very on the ball and gave us updates weekly. The team at Fitzjohn seem to actually really care about doing the best for their tenants and landlords. As a landlord it’s great for me because I want my tenants to feel looked after and rent for longer. I also want to know that my interests are being taken care of too. Hollie has been brilliant recently in sorting a boiler failure whilst I was up to my eyes with other stuff. She listened to my requests, handled it all, and I was left with happy tenants and a clear understanding of what was taking place.
