GoogleSuch a stressful time over 4months with many hurdles to cross but Louise( &Hollie) @ Fitzjohns were always kind patient professional & understanding . Don’t know how she /they do this job but without their accommodating & understanding of such difficult times , I would have given up on this house purchase a long time ago +++

Hollie has went above and beyond for us in numerous occasions, chasing both solicitors to ensure we were able to move in to our new house as soon as possible! Could not have asked for anything more. My experience with Fitzjohn Sales & Lettings regarding the return of my tenancy deposit has been extremely disappointing.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your experience. We would like to clarify that we have remained in communication during the deposit process and advised that we were awaiting quotations for the remedial works before the landlord could make an informed decision regarding the proposed deduction. We appreciate that waiting for this information can be frustrating, but it is necessary to ensure that any proposed deductions are properly evidenced. Unfortunately, deposit disputes are one of the few aspects of property management where it is often impossible to satisfy everyone involved. As the letting agent, we act on the landlord's instructions and are not able to make unilateral decisions regarding proposed deductions. Where there is a genuine disagreement between a landlord and tenant, an independent resolution process is available specifically to ensure that neither party's opinion is treated as final. For that reason, the DPS Alternative Dispute Resolution service exists to impartially review the evidence submitted by both parties and determine whether any deductions are appropriate. We will continue to cooperate fully with that process and respect the adjudicator's decision. We appreciate all feedback and remain committed to treating both landlords and tenants fairly while following the legal processes that govern tenancy deposits.

GoogleAVOID AVOID AVOID Just keep telling you lies to get the deal done. They are not ashammed of lying to the customer for sake of getting the deal completed Then you contact them, they don't care Look for a respectful agency instead
Your complaint was that when you moved in to the house it was dirty. Sadly we can not control how someone leaves a property. We did offer to speak with the seller but this was rejected by yourself. I am not sure this deserves a one star review. Your purchase went through smoothly and you also emailed us to praise the service you received from Fitzjohn.

GoogleWe have just completed our purchase and can't praise Fitzjohn Estate Agent enough; in particular Hollie. In a difficult chain where our selling agent was very poor, Hollie was the person who always responded and sourced information that others should have provided. Understandably, we have no immediate plans to move but if we did decide to sell we would definitely use Fitzjohn.
