Moving from London to Peterborough it was a nightmare, at least we had Brookdale to find me the perfect home to move into. We described them what we were looking for and they show us exactly what We wanted. They didn't try to shows something less just to make the deal.On the first viewing we had a winner. Everything went smooth and within two weeks we had the keys of the property. They day we had scheduled to move our furniture, we realise that the boiler wasn't working. We called brookdale and the next day the sent a technician. Marvellous service and definitely something that we didn't had with previous agent. Brookdale Estate Agent are a team of highly professional and efficient staff, who place customer satisfaction at the heart of everything they do. From start to finish, the process of finding a new home with them was extremely well managed, very thorough, and myself and my husband were kept up to date at every stage of the process. Since moving into our new home, we have had several follow up calls and emails to check how we are settling in as well as requests to see if there is anything that they can do to help. We are very happy that we have been able to rent a home through Brookdale Estate agent as we read about and heard about their reputation for being the best estate agent in Peterborough before relocating to this area. We are really happy with how everything has been managed, Brookdale has made our move easy and as stress free as possible. Our main contact has been Dave and he has been great and extremely helpful when we have had any issues. Very different to other agencies we have had in the past as everything has been fixed in a timely manner and without questioning whether there was anything wrong or not. The contractors had always been professional and efficient, also very different to other experiences we have had in the past. 100% recommend this agency.

I've been renting with Brookdale for the last year and a half, and it's been a pain free experience which is nice to say as it's not always the way when renting. From start to finish they've been friendly, engaging and most importantly understanding/flexible. The regular inspections were always swift but informative and they were reasonable with any requests or requirements which again was appreciated. On moving out they were flexible with me and have been great in regards to the leaving inspections etc, flat out 10/10 from me and would happily rent from them again if my own home doesnt work out! Thanks to all the team at Brookdale especially Mags and Richard.

When I first came to meet Mike back in March 2015 it was at the recommendation of a colleague who had used Brookdale for years. 'Good as Gold' he called them. And they were. Professional, great governance, excellent communication and proactive throughout our first tenancy with them. We have just completed our first tenancy changeover with them and as a small landlord you genuinely feel you have a small army behind you. Paul and Jessica on the marketing, Richard on the management side, Tracey, Julie, Magda, Conor all in the mix....they all work as a team. The thing I was most impressed with was how they did the tenant checkout, and damage identification- their attention to detail is second to none (thanks, Richard), For the marketing, it was a bit tough- the timing didn't help with easter and a bank holiday, but Paul and Jessica kept us posted throughout. It was clear they were working hard for us, and we never felt we were forgotten . At no point did we feel the need to pick up the phone and say 'what's happening' . They always told us what was happening in advance. Highly recommend them , and plan to stay with them as long as we have a small property in Peterborough.

Called on Monday to view a property, asked for a viewing and the agent Connor said he is in the branch, maybe another time. We spoke to view it on Tuesday at his advice and then he said that's not available, then we scheduled for Wednesday. I drove today all the way from London to call today the agency to find out that the property is already let, they said it's my fault i didn't check with them. Useless agency with incompetent staff

The most amazing agency ever. From the first moment they were very officiant, never been late from viewings, got always all information about the property, very kind and helpful team. Renting is easy, not expensive at all they don't charge you for any useless fees like the other agencies. Just called them up to report my oven isn't working, in 4 minutes time they called me back and the help is going to be there in 30 minutes. What else you can ask for? As someone who has their next door property up to rent with this company, I find this company extremely rude. I’ve asked politely numerous times in person and via email for them to stop using my parking spaces to park in. Each time they give an apology and the next time they’re back at the property they’re parked in my space again. As someone who needs access to my parking spaces 24/7, I’ve had them park in my space for over 2 hours and then park horizontally across both spaces which gives me no access. Extremely rude and very unprofessional.

The process of having a new property was smooth and clear from the very beginning, especially in my case as l relocated from London to Peterborough. I couldn't expected any better. I've been with Brookdale as a Landlord for several years now and they have always provided me with a top quality service. Their vetting of tenants is really good and they are very thorough on check-ins, checkouts and ongoing monitoring of tenants whilst in our properties. Brookdale Property Management Services Ltd, A Lifeline in Difficult Times. We’ve been with Brookdale Property Management Services Ltd since 2023, and they have truly been a lifeline for our family. When we were searching for a home in Peterborough, we encountered significant challenges, including discrimination from other agencies. Brookdale, however, treated us with respect and helped us find a lovely home in a beautiful area, conveniently close to our workplace. It was a great relief, especially as my 4-year-old daughter found joy in the nearby play area. Over the past months, Brookdale has consistently stood by us. When our landlord decided to sell the house we were living in, it was a devastating blow during an already tough time. We were dealing with financial strain, and I had just started a new job while also adjusting to life with a newborn. The uncertainty was overwhelming, but we knew we didn’t want to work with anyone other than Brookdale. So, we only looked at their properties. Fortunately, we found another lovely home close to our previous one. However our financial situation made the application process daunting. We almost gave up and withdrew our application, not knowing what to do next. But Brookdale, particularly Mr. Craig, didn’t give up on us. He found a solution the very next day, and thanks to a kind-hearted landlord who was willing to work with us, we managed to move into the house under fair conditions. Brookdale was there for us when we needed them the most. Their support made all the difference during one of the hardest times of our lives. I’ve had previous experience with Brookdale so when I needed to move home, they were my first port of call. Unfortunately I have financial issues and most agencies won’t even consider me. Brookdale have always treated me just as any other tenant. They’re very thorough with their checks and their communication is second to none, most of my earlier dealing were with the very professional Conor. I’ve never felt judged, in fact, although they are obviously a business, I do feel as though they truly care for their tenants.
