GoogleBelvoir is an amazing real estate agency in Peterborough. They have such a great team of people. My family and I just flew into the UK today, and getting the apartment was quick and easy. Liam, one of the letting agents was very helpful. Willing to answer our calls, had great communication and even in the last minute help us as best as he could. We commend Liam for his time and efforts in helping us get the apartment. I would recommend Belvoir, 10/10. Thank you!!

We purchased our first home through Belvoir! and were assisted in the process by Carrie. Carrie was helpful and informative throughout the process, and was able to advise us when we weren’t sure about things. Carrie was easy to get in contact with and was great at keeping us informed at every step of the buying process. We had a few issues at the start with our solicitor which Carrie drew our attention to, after which everything was fairly smooth going.

GoogleI have been using Belvoir for the past 2-3 years and honestly I'm happy with how this agency works and their staff which is rare to experience nowadays. Whenever I have to contact the agency to discuss an issue, all agents are polite and helpful - always. I've recently been dealing with Emily Holmes and I couldn’t wish or expect better service, in fact I would prefer to go directly to her with any issues because I know she will always deliver on her word- always eager to help out whenever there is issue and I hope the management at Belvoir recognises that! GoogleI have been using Belvoir for the past 2-3 years and I can just say that personally I am extremely happy with the agency. Their agents are always polite and helpful. It is rare nowadays to get a humane service that doesn’t feel robotic, however Belvoir has always been there whenever I needed answers to my question or help. The agent managing the building I am in is called Emily Holmes and I can simply say that I couldn’t even wish or expect better service. She is always eager to jump in and save the day whenever there is issue and I hope management in Belvoir recognises that!!! Thank you 🍀

Belvoir and in particular Carrie Kemp were excellent in term of selling my property in Peterborough. The advice was sound, expectations soundly set and they actually overdelivered on what they estimated. Carrie responded to all queries quickly. To be honest I just left her to her job, and she took care of everything. She was very pleasant and professional to deal with and as a novice her expert advice was invaluable to me. I would not hesitate to recommend her and Belvoir to anyone wanting to sell their property in a professional manner.

Having been a landlord and using their Property Management services for many years, the time finally came for me to sell my property.... and sell it they did! Within a couple of weeks I had a good off-market offer and the deal was done. From there the team went above and beyond to help with all the required paperwork in order to keep the solicitors happy (I now live overseas so was flying blind). They really made the process easy and I'd definitely use them again - thanks Carrie!!
