Carrie has been absolutely brilliant helping me buy my first home. Any questions I had she either had the answer, or got the answer for me extremely quickly. Getting 3 viewings booked in was also no issue, and felt no issue at all when organising. Thank you Carrie for being an absolute pleasure for my first home!

Belvoir Letting has been managing my property since 2004. There have been many ups and downs but I have chosen to stay with it. Lottie Hostead (Director of Sales & Lettings) has been exceptional during a very difficult period for me. She was resourceful, diligent and professional, from communicated effectively with the referencing company to going to court on my behalf. Good job Lottie and thank you. Whenever I have an issue, I could always count on Sophie Rand (Accounts Manager) for her efficiency and friendliness. Sophie would be a great asset to any organisation. Good job Sophie and thank you.

Really impressed by how straightforward and easy this process has been and would look to use Belvoir again in the future if needed.

He had a network of reliable names that assisted during and after the sale of the house. Calls were returned as promised and information on potential buyers was thorough. GoogleI just got a 1 bedroom flat, Jasmine Stiff assisted me through the whole process. She was very patient with me, friendly, polite and very professional. Jasmine was extremely helpful from day 1 till the day I collected my keys. This is the second time I'm renting with Belvoir and I highly recommend them.

GoogleWe have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Belvior, Peterborough following the death of my brother who rented his flat through them. I was aware he struggled with poor customer service before his death and I am sorry to say it continued whilst my elderly father and I have tried to close my brothers estate. The agent has been unhelpful, rude and even made errors with the inventory list. Very poor!

I have been using Belvoir Letting since Terry Lucking started this business in 2000. It has not always been great service but by and large I would recommend it to anyone as I know all companies have periods when things are not going well. My only complaint really is that staff seem to leave too frequently which upsets continuity. Currently I have had good service from Aimee Hunt and hope this continues in the future.

The property had been empty for some time and not in the best condition. However Carrie was confident and convinced me Belvoir could market and sell it without me having to spend further. She soon secured an offer and although the sale wasn't the easiest, or the quickest, Carrie and hwr team mate Eloise, remained professional and reassuring throughout, keeping me updated, liaising with the buyer to secure the sale.
