GoogleExcellent service from PPP for our rental property for 14 months in Perth. Kevin and his colleagues were very friendly and helpful throughout and communication was always clear. The check-in and check-out process was very efficiently handled. No complaints whatsoever and would happily recommend.

GoogleI cannot fault Premier Properties Perth at all. The personal service received was outstanding. Such a difference to other estate agents I had tried previously. PPP went above and beyond and they genuinely cared about the selling of my property. Would recommend them to anyone.

GoogleHaving had some very bad experiences with Estate Agents in the past, Premier Properties were heaven sent. All staff were very friendly and professional, and I felt cared about throughout the process. I also sold my flat in 2 days.

GoogleRegretfully, there was poor to no communication in the month of March during the pandemic. I am an essential worker who had rented for 15 months with Premier Properties and I found lack of staffing mid March to be of concern. I was later told they changed location from their King Street office to staff now working from home. Unfortunately, we were none the wiser until the 25th(schools, shops had already closed) and a dialogue never eventuated. As a representative of the landlord they took a long time to settle which I believe wasted both mine and the landlords time. Finally, in April 2019 I spent too many hours trying to help another renter get there safety deposit certificate back as I had been allocated two safety deposit certificates, with codes from different locations, instead of the one from Premier Properties staff. Hence for these reasons there is a loss of many stars and regret at having rented from Premier Properties; for such a long time.

GoogleWe rented a property through this agent. From the start of our tenancy they were excellent even to the end of our tenancy. Only reason we ended up moving was because of the high rent and Council tax. I would highly recommend everyone who works here.
