Gary met us 3 times to view our new property and was in very close contact via phone, email or text message at all times. They helped us secure our first rental, in a small town. Kevin, Murray, Laura and Joe are the kindest and most patient people I've had to pleasure to deal with. When anything in our rentals broke, they send suppliers out for repairs. I would recommend them, if you're looking for a rental. I would also recommend them if you own a property you'd like to rent out or even sell!

Disappointing Landlord service provided recently, September 2024. Given excuses why things aren’t being handled promptly. There is every reason to be helpful but this was not the case. I went to view a property located on Taymount Terrace. I was met by the landlord and it became evident that the landlord uses Premier Properties Perth to vet tenants to ensure he'll only have to show the property to single, professional women. You also pay your rent directly to the landlord and not the letting company. As the advert on RightMove did not specify either the gender or relationship status of potential applicants, it meant anyone applying for a viewing who did not identify as a single woman would have wasted their time. The landlord made very clear on the day that he had multiple viewings and that he would inform the letting agency as to which single woman he would want living in his property by the end of the day. Unfortunately, it seems that both the letting agency and the landlord are off the same mindset that they should encourage multiple applicants to undergo referencing and credit checks to hedge their bets in case the landlord's preferred applicant fails the checks. It's unfortunate that neither the landlord nor the letting agency were not more upfront with potential applicants, but what can you expect from a company where the landlord used to teach the owner.

After a very unpleasant experience with another well-know Perth estate agent, I found Premier Properties. I knew immediately that I did not want to deal with any other company. I have followed their development since their early days in York Place with interest and admiration as they have assembled a wonderfully talented and supportive team. Their incomparable synthesis of personal and professional qualities has always been central to their dealings with clients. So it was with good reason that I spent nine years as a tenant with them before buying my first home under their guidance. Although I could have bought sooner had I gone elsewhere, it was the expert assistance I could rely on from Premier Properties that convinced me to stay with them. From start to finish, the purchase process was as efficient and stress-free as I could have hoped. I cannot recommend Premier Properties highly enough whether you are renting, buying, selling or letting and I wish them many successful years ahead.

By the time we discovered there were annual/monthly fees, we'd already committed so much money it was impossible to not go ahead. Wouldnt use the firm again as clearly not trustworthy.

I see a lot of positive reviews here but sadly ours was not. We really are in need of another rental property because the one we are staying in is totally ready for renovation and so not healthy and safe for my teen and young adult kids. The neighbourhood for sure. We hired someone to view one of your properties on our behalf, and explained to Kevin why. But after that we did not hear something back, so I asked per email how the procedure would go further and Kevin did not answer back at all. It is very frustrating and inhumane to be treated in that way, by so many property agencies time after time while being in a property which one should not have to live in and not getting the chance to rent another one while we are certainly able to pay for it. So when I read that you have helped others but not us, it saddens me to the bone. We deserve to rent a decent house too. Further reply: Like writen above, I did send an email.

The team at PPP went out of their way to help us get sorted, had a possible property lined up to veiw straight away, sorted out extending the 28days so we could transition into the new place.
