GoogleCan’t recommend PPP enough. Great service from start to finish. First met with the directors Alan and Katie who came to our home and took time to explain the whole process, no nonsense, no pressure approach. The rest of the team were a pleasure to deal with and a great help with assisting with viewings etc. The photographer was great too and we really liked the matterport tour. House sold in a couple of weeks over the home report value. Very happy. Wouldn’t consider using anyone else in the future. GoogleI have just sold my home and my rental property through Premier Properties and they were amazing. I had to delay my home sale for many months and Premier properties were so kind and understanding. They are also committed to helping you sell. When they couldn't reach me on my phone one Sunday, Alan drove round to my house to let me know that someone wanted to do a last minute viewing that day - you can't get any more responsive than that. With some of the properties I viewed, I didn't even get a response to my enquiry for days or even longer. GoogleUnfortunately I got very poor experience with Premier Properties as a letter. They were very responsive before I signed the contract, but as soon as I moved in I encountered plenty of issues with the house that were never resolved, such as (there was more) a broken shower, leaking radiator and cracks all over the ceilings/walls. I would not recommend letting a house through them as you cannot count on any service when you have issues.
Thank you for your comments Rene. We are sorry to hear you felt your experience with Premier Properties was unsatisfactory. We are aware you reported many issues with your property during your tenancy however, according to our records, everything was investigated and repaired where necessary. The cracks in the ceilings/walls were checked by the property factor and found to be minor cosmetic settlement cracks only. The shower was checked by the plumber at the beginning of your tenancy and, although the pressure was low, it was found to be functional and we have no record of you mentioning this again until leaving. There were 2 other showers in the property which you were happy to use. The small drip from the bathroom radiator was also fixed by our plumber when you vacated the property. We do not seem to have any correspondence from you that was not replied to very quickly and there were numerous other repairs you reported that were also rectified efficiently, including a new boiler and new washing machine. We take our feedback very seriously and would be happy to discuss anything further with you, please feel free to call us on 01738 44 22 55.

All personnel we had dealings with could not do enough to ensure the process of buying and especially selling our house went as smoothly as possible. We cannot recommend both the team and their services highly enough. The only down side is that hopefully this will be our last move so will be unlikely to require their services again!
