A very positive experience throughout. Calum, Ross, Campbell, Gary and Jessica all extremely helpful in the purchase of my new property and the selling of my current place. Assigned during remortgage, this took months resulted in multiple payments on a variable rate, any contact had to be initiated by myself. I had two other properties that were fully remortgaged in weeks. Still awaiting completion.

Horrific experience in dealing with Aberdein Considine took forever to sort a remortgage on a house and we weren’t even buying so didn’t need much sorting yet they took so long that if we were buying a house we would have lost it a thousand times, not only that but they do not seem to like replying to emails or informing you of anything they also drag things out for no reason and don’t send you all the documents and at later date come back saying that we didn’t fill this in when they never sent it absolutely awful people to deal with and if possible I would stay away from them far far away !!!

I would highly recommend Aberdein Considine. They have been very easy to deal with, extremely helpful and communication is outstanding. It has certainly made the process of selling my flat much easier. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help. I would give zero stars if I could but it wasn’t an option! Terrible customer service, they ignore emails don’t deal with your issues and leave you out of pocket!I remortgaged using them and I have asked for login details and the balance owed to me and still they won’t deal with my issues. Appalling service and I’d never recommend them even if they were the only agents in the world! Avoid at all costs

I chose Aberden Conserdine to market my mum's plot of land as I walk past it every day and it was handy for my work. I am so glad I did Stephen and his staff were great, they were so supportive as this was part of mum's estate. Their marketing was perfect and very quickly there was plenty of offers made, the plot was sold within 2 weeks. Their communication is great they kept me up to date daily on the progress. Unfortunately the sale fell through and immediately Stephen had it re marketed that day and it was sold within the week. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone

It was a pleasure to deal with Devon, Valtemes, Alannah, Zoe and all the team! I was recommended by a friend who had had Krysia as her mortgage advisor. We already had an advisor, but were looking for solicitors, and they were all amazing! Extremelly knowledgeable, patient and very quick. The process of buying a house was very smooth, we were kept on the loop all the way. Being foreigner and a first-time buyer, I was extremely stressed, and they were amazing. I cannot recommend them enough!

In my recent experience with this company I felt I had first class service. Stephen Simpson, branch manager, guided me carefully through all the steps. He was constantly on hand and available for advice and was always able to evidence why that advice was given. He was exceptionally good at phoning around on my behalf which made me feel genuinely valued. Once the property was on the market the communication from the ladies in the office was fabulous. I was very impressed at just how organised, communicative and enthusiastic they ALL were. A very friendly and professional service.
