GoogleWhen we were thinking about selling our cottage in par we went to several estate agents all of them felt heartless and not willing to go that extra mile. While driving I heard about kerb appealz and thought let's give them a try . Well they came round both penny and Carlo came with great gusto and positive ideas it was very clear to us that we need to have them sell our house .After a few decorative things the cottage we ready we had a lot of interested the wow factor was when we had the news that with in ten days flat we had a buyer for full asking price . Penny helped us all the way and really went the extra mile we will differently use kerb appealz again .. ο»Ώ

YellThey made my house a home
My family doubled in size when I found my new partner and we thought the house we were in was too small and decided to move. I reckoned the estate agents had undervalued my property slightly to achieve a quick sale. I simply needed to get as much money as I could from the sale. My agent from Kerb Appealz came in. Within three weeks they had transformed our living room, hallway and are now in the process of changing our upstairs. We were so delighted we decided not to move, but have created more space and lifestyle, which we never had before. If we do eventually sell we will not hesitate to use them and we know the way it looks we could sell it within weeks if we had to. I really would insist on anyone who is struggling to sell their house to let Kerb Appealz come in and sell it.
