GoogleI would not recommend On the positive side the photos were generally good and the floorplan excellent however these were hardly needed as it sold within a few days anyway - to buyers that I showed the house to. On the negative side I had no communication or updates during the process. My buyers were told that we hadn't found anything to buy and wouldn't move into rented in order to speed up the sale, without consulting me when the exact opposite was true - this could have cost us the sale. I have moved many times and this was the worst estate agent that I have used.
Hi Jo, I am quite surprised by this response but will take it on board. You did have this on with another agent I believe previously who could not sell your home, yet we still managed with our exclusive marketing to sell your home, as you say within days, and for well over the asking price - I am sure you were delighted. You had four viewings, three of which we did, the fourth you were more than happy to do as you had said from the start you would have done them all, but we like to accompany viewings so we get the best feedback. The buyers were kept fully informed and also knew that you would go into rented at the early stages of your sale. I have looked at the notes, and we were in touch with you throughout the process, however I would say on this occassion not as much as we should have been for various reasons and we have taken this on board. GoogleAfter much deliberation about which estate agent to use there was one clear winner Kerb Appealz and Penny and her team. As well as offered the lowest commission they provide a staging facility and advise you about declutter and how to make your house appeal to potential buyers. Their service all round is first class in all areas during what can be a very stressful time. House sold on second viewing and Penny achieved full asking price . I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend to anyone moving . Ian

GoogleMarketed a house Feb 2021 until Oct 2021. Highly recommend Kerb Appealz. My house had a tenant and the agency were supportive of putting the house through a couple of auctions and then onto the open market once the tenant had moved out. The marketing was rapid, accurate and very appealing. Communication was always on point - my main contact was Will and I couldn't fault anything. Would definately go to Kerb Appealz as my first choice agency in future.

GoogleWe were extremely impressed with the virtual tour which came into its own during the lockdown period and our agent who showed the house lived locally so had excellent knowledge of the area. All staff are professional and personable. They made a number of introductions all of which were genuinely interested in the property and we received 2 offers, 1 later fell through, which was unfortunate however out of the agents and our control. Our sale took a little longer than we expected to go through, and communication slowed down for a while, however once we chased we were in weekly contact and this helped get the sale over the finishing line. We would highly recommend Kerb Appealz as they were the second agent we engaged and far superior and cheaper than the first.

GoogleGenuinely refreshing experience of an estate agent. Have often found agents to be very seller focused and quite hard work as a buyer, understandable given that's where the jobs come from, but Kerb Appealz are a bit different. Great communication, very proactive, keep up the great work.

GoogleI bought a lovely little place down at Cape Cornwall recently. Despite being a cash purchase and no chain it took 5 months from start to finish, due to solicitors. William at Kerb Appealz stood by me the whole time, chasing solicitors, liaising with the vendors and their solicitors and me. His patience is legendary - nothing was to much trouble. If I phoned up with a query he was straight on it , and reported back as soon as he could. I can highly recommend the team ! Amd they well deserve their recent award 🥇 as best estate agent in Cornwall !

GoogleI recently sold my property in Penzance through Kerbappealz. From the outset they were very professional and attentive. Their marketing is very effective as within about 10 days I had an offer at the full asking price. There followed about three months of further negotiations ( after a rather pessimistic survey!) but these were handled by the team with great sensitivity and ultimately led to a satisfactory outcome for all parties. For a virtually pain free selling experience I cannot recommend the Kerbappealz team highly enough.
