Have used Kerb Appealz a few times and they continue to be professional friendly honest and just great at what they do. Penny gives a realistic valuation together with great photos adding that extra touch. Abi completes most of the viewings and always gives feedback on the same day, just what you need. During our various interactions over time we came up against a few obstacles and William was there to sort them effectively. I have recommended them to many friends and family and won’t use any other estate agents now. Thank you.

We have just bought a property through Kerb Appealz and found them excellent to deal with. They always answered their phone ( (this appears to be a rarity with some agents) and responded quickly to any inquiries we had. We had to initially pull out of a property we were originally buying and Abi was so reasonable about it; this made the whole process so much smoother. We were delighted when the property that we did eventually buy was with Kerb Appealz as we knew that they would be easy and efficient to deal with. We dealt with both Abi and William and they were both professional and polite at all times. I thoroughly recommend them.

Very impressed with Kerb Appealz, an honest agency compared to the others. Penny conducted the valuation and gave a realistic appraisal and also showcased my home to make it look its best. Abi was on the ball and gave me feedback the same day, even past normal working hours. William dealt with all the curve balls thrown at him and kept my sale together. Wouldn't go anywhere else, they really do go above and beyond what is expected of them.

We saw a dozen or so properties in Penzance, several of which with Kerb Appealz and without a doubt Abi was the best estate agent that we worked with. At every step she was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and gave us confidence in what we were seeing. She made it her business to pay attention to what we were saying between each of the viewings and folded it into her recommendations. It's no wonder that the house we fell in love with was one where she had showed us around.

Kerb appealz handled our sale and purchase. They were professional throughout and were very prompt and understanding with my many emails during the lengthy process (thanks to William in particular here). Their commission is very affordable and they still present your home beautifully with fantastic photos and an easy to use virtual tour. They were cheaper than other estate agents yet slightly more than a fixed fee service but well worth it as you get a local, very personal service. I don't know why you wouldn't use them.

We can't praise the team at Kerb Appealz highly enough. The photographs and online video tour that Pen sorted out were fantastic.The team helped us through a difficult time whilst our property was going through the auction process in the summer of 2021. When it eventually went on the open market in September 2021 our property sold within days. From their first consultation right through untill completion their professionalism is outstanding in their field. I have just sold my house in Penzance, I had five estate agents for the valuation, Penny shone above them all, no corporate spiel just an honest opinion that I trusted, had buyers within weeks, then I had to apply for some retrospective planning permission to satisfy my buyers solicitor, this took the sale six months to go through, during this time the lovely staff at Kerb Appeals were very patient , they kept my buyers happy and me with regular phone calls and reassurance, forget online estate agents, there is no substitute for local people who know the market, I bought my house from sellers using a well known online agent, their rep did not even live in the town and was difficult to contact, a big thank you Kerb Appealz.

Well, what can I say? From the start a professional service, nothing was to much trouble to ask. Penny came in, advised on how to dress the house, we done as asked and she marketed the property fantastically. We had viewings booked within hours of it going on the market and offers within the first week. Unfortunately the sale fell through twice, no fault of Kerb Appealz, and both times they found a buyer straight away. As soon as the property was on the market, it was over to the A team, William and Abbie. The communication was great, they answered any questions I had, encouraged the buyers when required, gave weekly updates and plenty of reassurance. Penny has a great team with Abbie and William and you should give Kerb Appealz a go! They far out shined the previous agents which I wish I never tried. I will be using them again in the near future.
