This agent was extremely inept in handling a property sale. They notified me my offer had been accepted and that the memorandum of sale was being issued. My solicitor was proceeding with the purchase. Due to a covenant they subsequently withdrew my offer and proceeded with another purchaser. I only found out when I rang the office before sending £350 to my conveyancer. This was the second time the sale was withdrawn. You might think kerbappealz would confirm the suitability of a purchaser before proceeding?
