We just purchased our first new home by Avant homes Wakefield. We have had a wonderful experience with Avant homes. The staff at Avant homes have been supportive and patient and have always tried to answer our queries promptly. We highly recommend Avant homes to everybody looking to buy new build homes.

Avant built an estate at the back of our house. Throughout the process they were either rude or uncommunicative. They have failed to keep their environmental promises and have showed little care in their build and gardens. In one garden, buried just below the service was a whole crate of discarded fizzy drinks!

Waiting nearly 5 years to have mains electrics fixed, customer service is none existent and the head of customer services refused to acknowledge customers, it’s an absolute joke, loads of problems with the house over the years, avoid at all costs!!!!

Render back bedroom still outstanding, bi-fold doors and other window in property still not replaced, broken and missing items (too many to write down) still missing i.e. radiator caps etc. Jenn sales rep ignoring emails not good enough. Litigation ensuing....Avant you were warned!!!!
