Both Lisa & Millie very responsive at a difficult time for me personally. Needed to ‘get out of the blocks’ pretty rapidly to secure accommodation. Quick turn around from initial viewing to completion achieved. Lisa always on hand to take me through the process stage by stage and to respond to queries. The whole digital transaction experience new to me but needs must especially in the middle of a pandemic and a lockdown. The last time I had to go through a process like this was when I was a student in Manchester and without these challenges! It is a bit alienating but I’ve ‘landed now’, time to readjust and to use the time effectively to rebuild and support those I love and care for. I have to say historically I have had some poor experiences with letting agencies. But the team at Allen and Harris Penarth branch were superb. Their timely responses, friendliness and professionalism ensured my partner and I weren't left without anywhere to live after a previously agreed let fell through! Absolutely fantastic service from this branch, wouldn't have sold my property through anyone else. After initially meeting Jean I knew he was extremely passionate and would do everything possible to get my sale done, he really did go above and beyond any service you could expect from an estate agent. Towards the end we came across a few hiccups but Sarah and Jean really did pull out all the stops to help get the completion through, and comunication from the team was second to none from initial adversining to viewings and then final stages. I would definately recommend this branch to sell anyone's property if your looking for a first class service. Thanks again to all the team for making my sale happen, very happy customer here.

As a first time landlord I have been using Allen & Harris estate agents and all tho I’m only in the early stages of my dealings with them they have been brilliant so far can’t fault them in the slightest. I had Ben come and value my property as I was curious of what it was worth as it stands. He arrived on time and he had done alot of research of houses values in the area before coming to visit and gave my a realistic valuation and explained why it’s valued in that way etc. Which I was more than happy with. He was an easy to talk to guy who came across very professional. Recently I have been dealing with Lisa as I plan to let my property out and she has been amazing. She explained to me everything I need to know and do before I let my property out and took me through it all step by step. Again like Ben she came across very professional and had done her research. She had even sorted me out a pack with all the information and contact details I will be needing. She clearly loves her job and takes pride in her work which I like because it gives me the security that my property is in great hands. So far so good from Allen & Harris all round happy with their services and staff hence my 5 star review.

Very good experience using Allen and Harris in Penarth to let out a property. Both Lisa and Millie worked hard to find new tenants and then organise contractors when maintenance work was required.
