Fantastic!!! Bryony, Rachael, Nicky & Alan have all been truly fantastic. From answering my silly questions to being the uttermost professionals. If you are thinking of selling/renting speak to these guys, because they truly cant do enough to help. Rachel has been helpful, polite and overly understanding through everything and she really deserves recognition!!! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for finding us our forever home!!! From the Liptrot family, Shevington xx

Purchased my first house with Reeds Rains in April 2023. Janet was particularly helpful in arranging access to see the property, making sure the vendor removed items from the property and was completely helpful when I had questions. The experience was great, we completed just over 2 months from my offer.

Alan showed me and my partner round a tiny terraced house last May. He kept on telling me it had potential and that to just imagine it furnished. Nearly a year on and I absolutely love our home. Thank you to Alan for his enthusiasm and for making me stay positive!

We sold and bought a house through Reeds Rains Pemberton. Janet was amazing, from the first initial contact until the day we picked up the keys to our new home. Nothing was too much trouble, she chased the people who needed chasing and kept us informed throughout! She is a very valuable asset to the company and the Pemberton branch are very lucky to have her! She is an absolute treasure!

Really happy with the service provided and the promptness of any questions we have had. I really like the weekly sellers report too. The photographs and adverts which were set up for me where of a high standard and really pleased with the final results. All the staff that I have dealt with myself are very professional and will go out of their way to respond to any of my queries. Would highly recommend Reeds Rains when selling or buying a property.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

What a great service from Alan! From start to finish of viewing property. He was so professional and so friendly. While being knowledgable about the area and providing me with a lot of information we got to know each other which made the whole visit what i wanted it to be. At the end of the day property is and always has been and always will be people's business. What a shame COVID-19 is around. I would have given him proper handshake and a hug! What a great asset he is to Reeds Rains Pemberton!PositiveProfessionalism

I was shown around a property by Alan today. He was absolutely lovely, so friendly and professional. As a first time buyer looking around houses can be intimidating with not knowing much- but he made me feel very at ease and couldn’t have been more helpful! Reeds rains as an estate agents to deal with as a whole have also been amazing, so helpful and always get back to me really quickly. Would highly recommend anyone looking to buy, sell or even rent to have a look on their website or get in touch with the Pemberton branch.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Valued my house with this agency and was taken in by the lovely Justin. Went on to lost the house and they got us so many views we started turning down appointments, moreover the house sold in about 3weeks. Justin was easy to get hold of and always replies emails and calls quickly. Shame i have moved away from Wigan for i will happily deal with them again and again.
