Kaighleigh Jones is just phenomenal!! She made us aware of a property up for let and ended up dealing with us yhrow the transion. Answered every email and phone calls without getting annoyed. Had complications with paper work trying to get keys for new property as we was moving from one tenancy to a new one and had 24hrs to move a full house and despite the stress from us, we literally watching her making numerous calls fighting our corner and trying to remain calm trying to fix the paper work as quickly as possible, while trying to remain calm. How she never broke down I don't know!!! We finally got there in the end . This lady is a diamond and is incredible and I am truly thankful for her!!!

Absolutely woeful, avoid at all costs. Communication is non existent and the way in which the initial contract was handled raises serious concerns. We will be making a formal complaint in due course. One star is too much but can't go lower unfortunately. Whole of last week spent trying to get an update on the sale with no response. Sale has now fallen through and we only heard from another agent lower in the chain who actually called me. You couldn't make it up. Still nothing from Reeds. But they are quick to respond to this post.....

Almost completed a rental with Pemberton branch, due to sign contracts and collect keys to our new home this coming Friday! The help, support and advice from the staff has been phenomenal! We have rented with three Estate Agents over the past 13years, and to say that Reeds Rains have done a Great job thus far is understating their efforts. All the Staff are friendly, approachable, kind and respectful. Which is Lovely, especially when it comes to filling forms in online when you're not a confident computer user of a certain age! We have been being looked after by Kayleigh and Jessica, mostly, they have been exceptional. I’ve been a tenant of Reeds Rains for around seven months now and had a bumpy start. Recently, Jacob Radcliffe took over as my property manager and wow, what a difference. Jacob has gone above and beyond since day one to help me. Regularly communicating with me to provide updates on a some maintenance jobs that had been logged. Jacob has made sure everything has been dealt with swiftly, efficiently and with as little disruption as possible. Jacob’s manner and attitude towards doing the best they can to help has been a breath of fresh air - I cannot thank Jacob enough for everything.

We would like to leave a personal review for Janet Bolton who has provided an exceptional service for us for over 10 years now and before that for our father when Janet was at Reeds Rains Shevington. We started the process of getting a house a few months back and by chance we met nice Alan that offered us the number of Reeds Rains when we mentioned we are looking for a house saying that they have their own mortgage advisors that could help us. We were so so lucky then to have Sandi Wilkinson as our mortgage advisor and let me tell you everyone, this nice extraordinary lady was everything we needed! So relaxed all the time, no phone call was a problem for her! If she couldn't answer straight away she always called us back, always reassuring us that everything will be ok. We didn't know much about what we have to do but she always walked us through every step of getting our own place! She made us feel secure and hopeful, like everyone we had bumps along the way being in a chain, but eventually everything got sorted thanks to amazing Sandi and everyone else at Reeds Rains and also our great solicitors which she also recommended!
