GoogleWe recently purchased our new home with the help of Janet Bolton, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, Janet was fantastic, extremely communicative, approachable, and always available to answer any questions we had. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, putting us at ease every step of the way. Her professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. In hindsight, we really wish we had sold our house with her as well! Highly recommend Janet and the team, truly a top-notch service!

GoogleI’ve been a tenant of Reeds Rains for around seven months now and had a bumpy start. Recently, Jacob Radcliffe took over as my property manager and wow, what a difference. Jacob has gone above and beyond since day one to help me. Regularly communicating with me to provide updates on a some maintenance jobs that had been logged. Jacob has made sure everything has been dealt with swiftly, efficiently and with as little disruption as possible. Jacob’s manner and attitude towards doing the best they can to help has been a breath of fresh air - I cannot thank Jacob enough for everything.

GoogleEnquired about a property and got a call from an male agent who sounded like he was doing me a favour just by speaking to me. Asked a whole list of questions, took my availability, made it sound like something would be arranged… and then disappeared completely. If you enjoy having your time wasted, this is the place.

GoogleWe would like to leave a personal review for Janet Bolton who has provided an exceptional service for us for over 10 years now and before that for our father when Janet was at Reeds Rains Shevington. She is always helpful and friendly and efficient and was always our go to person whenever we had any issues with our properties or tenants, most of whom she knew. In this day and age of remote communication the personal service now means even more. She is highly commended and certainly recommended to anyone who is looking for immediate action, fine service and that personal touch

GoogleWe started the process of getting a house a few months back and by chance we met nice Alan that offered us the number of Reeds Rains when we mentioned we are looking for a house saying that they have their own mortgage advisors that could help us. We were so so lucky then to have Sandi Wilkinson as our mortgage advisor and let me tell you everyone, this nice extraordinary lady was everything we needed! So relaxed all the time, no phone call was a problem for her! If she couldn't answer straight away she always called us back, always reassuring us that everything will be ok. We didn't know much about what we have to do but she always walked us through every step of getting our own place! She made us feel secure and hopeful, like everyone we had bumps along the way being in a chain, but eventually everything got sorted thanks to amazing Sandi and everyone else at Reeds Rains and also our great solicitors which she also recommended! GoogleI went to view an auction property that was listed by the Pemberton branch & found the agents I spoke to on the phone & the viewing representative who met me at the property to be very helpful. The viewing representative, Alan was particularly obliging & extremely knowledgeable of the local area & amenities, which gave me confidence to table an offer. Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful with my bid for the property, however, after such a good experience with the staff at the Reeds Rains, Pemberton branch, I would definitely use them as the agency to manage any property investments I acquire in the future.PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleWe are currently in the process of renting from Reeds Rains Pemberton and they have been excellent through the whole process. I initially dealt with Rachel on the phone who kept me well informed and very polite, i called her a few times and she didnt seem to mind every time or get annoyed. I then had a viewing with Alan who was absolutely wonderful! Alan was kind, welcoming, informative and really gave you a personal experience including making you feel like he was in the process with you and not trying to “sell” the house to me. Since my viewing i have been dealing with Andrew who again is kind and professional and didnt mind speaking to me multiple times with any issues i have.
