GoogleReeds Rains have been excellent from start to finish. Janet has helped us with our first time buy every little step of the journey, every question no matter how important or urgent Janet was only a phone call away and guided us through. Even after our purchase completed she has helped us with final bits and pieces. Highly recommended. Jodie & David.

GoogleWould have been a 5, however after putting my offer to the buyer and him excepting the offer reeds rains continued to book people in to view the property resulting in the price being raised and costing me more. The dhole this seemed a bit dodgy considering it had been on the market over 6 months empty gave no previous interest. Then all of a sudden when my offer went in the had sudden interest in the property.

GoogleWhat a credit Janet Bolton is to Reeds Rain . Nothing has been to much trouble. Always professional , experienced and reliable. Janet has been a pleasure to speak too and always reassuring in what can be a stressful time. I would also like to say thank you to Nick and Justin . A great shame RR shut the Shevington office.

GoogleI am from out of the area, looking at a couple of properties and rang and spoke to a guy called Jason. He was so helpful and seemed very knowledgeable about the area and the amenities. Jason was attentive and helped put me at ease. I still haven't decided on a property yet but think, the good customer service deserved commenting on.

GoogleI am actually giving there 5 stars to Mr. Alan Adams. Highly professional and humble man, the best agent I have come across in Wigan. I had so many viewings recently but no one could match his excellence. He explained each and every thing with so much patience, being a first time buyer he gave me extra tips and tricks. I wish all the agents were as good as him.

GoogleMe and my partner went viewing one of the properties and honestly hands down the BEST viewing we have had. Alan Adams who showed us around and explained everything that we asked about and even more! Such a gentleman and would 100% recommend the estate agents as their efforts from the office staff to the agents doing the viewings are absolutely amazing! couldn't recommend any estate agents any more then Reeds Rains.

The viewing through to the solicitors they recommended was smooth and stress free, we dealt with Mildred who was a pleasure to deal with, always kept me informed of progress and was thoroughly professional throughout. Great estate agents with even greater staff. 10/10
