Recently purchased from C&W dealt with Shirley who was great through the whole process and really supportive. The added touch of the hamper on completion from C&W was really nice. Will be looking to sell through them in the near future

What a wonderful experience. The first time I met Anne Hutson she thoughtfully and thoroughly briefed me about the selling process from start to finish. The advertising was great with Anne and her team working tirelessly finding potential buyers for the property. I was kept totally in the picture at all times by Anne, Chloe and the rest of the very efficient staff. Once an offer had been made the sale was overseen by Karen Fogerty who upheld the already faultless service from Cubitt and West. I was always kept informed about the progress of the sale and advised of any tasks I could perform to ease the process. Well done full marks and I will miss our communications. If you are selling or buying, you would be daft not use this agency.

Such an amazing experience! Wouldn't recommend another estate agent after dealing with Anne and her team. Anne, Eloise and Alice made the whole process smooth with such professionalism, well spoken and well dressed. We used multi agency route and out of 4 local agencies Cubitt & West was the most active team in bringing potential buyers for viewing. Cubitt & West Conveyancing systems work very well and paying the charges brings great benefits and piece of mind, well worth it. They beat other competitors 100% hands down!

Mortgage Broker Toby at Cubbitt and West in Peacehaven has been absolutely brilliant. He has very quickly found me much better mortgage offers than other brokers I've seen, plus is super friendly and full of property investment ideas and continued support while I decide best strategy. Highly recommend him. Everyone else at the branch is also very friendly and helpful with Eloise taking lots of time to look up stuff for me on Lewes District council website and printing things of for me. Thanks guys!

I had the pleasure to speak with sales rep called Chloe. She was so helpful and friendly but I was gutted to tell her I found the house I loved and unfortunately was with another agency. Chloe was extremely professional when she called me and still offered to help with any questions I need as long as she could help. I found her attitude and professionalism exceptionally good and I think she is an asset to Cubitt & West

Am amazing service from Zak and Karen assisting me to purchase my new home. They have both restored my faith in estate agents after a poor experience with a different company. Zak has been so helpful and has dealt with everything in a fast and professional manage. I would highly recommend Cubitt and West Peacehaven

The support we received selling our home from Shirley, Gary and the team at Cubit and West was fantastic! We moved over to them after a very disappointing period of time with a different local agent and the difference was night and day! Would highly recommend!

Thank you Gary Wheeler for the excellent service you gave us while you were selling our flat in Seaford. The constant updates as the sale progressed were invaluable to us. A service which is not often provided nowadays. Will highly recommend you. More estate agents should have a specially allotted person to follow their sales progress. Information is key to a house move. Even when things don’t go to plan, at least you know what’s going on. Much appreciated. Also must mention Karen Fogarty who was the lady who actually found us our buyers. Our property had been on the market many months with other agents with very little interest. Karen took our flat onto their books and found us a buyer straight away. A good service all round, thank you

All of the team at Cubitt & West have been incredibly professional, helpful and approachable throughout the whole process of selling our house and purchasing a property they also had listed. From the start of the process we were kept well informed by Kaan and his whole team, they were helpful with all of our questions and very clear in the procedure of buying and selling. Karen was extremely helpful and friendly, she made the process very easy and was professional throughout. Even when stressful moments arose, Karen was very reassuring and we could just tell that she was invested in helping us and assisted in every way she could. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cubbit & West to friends and family when selling or buying a property, wonderfully professional and personal service.

Excellent service, very professional team, always available to answer your questions and your emails, try their best to squeeze you in for viewings and keep you up to date. There is a lot of competition in Brighton and Cubitt & West offers a very high standard of service. Special thank you to Zak from the Patcham branch that offered outstanding service.
